Ground lamb with lima beans


  • 1 tsp Herbs De Provence
  • 1/2 tsp Redmond real salt
  • 6oz ground lamb
  • 55g cauliflower, riced
  • 35g lima beans
  • 10g spinach
  • 10g kale
  • 20g carrots, chopped or shredded
  • 10g leeks, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbl coconut oil and ghee mixture
  • Pinch gray celtic salt
  • Thai Basil
  • Thyme


  • Brown lamb in skillet
  • Add chopped leeks and saute 3 mins
  • Add garlic saute 2-3 more mins
  • Add remaining ingredients and cook about 10 mins, until veggies become a little tender
  • Add in 1tbsp of coconut oil and ghee Mix well
  • Transfer to dish and top with gray celtic salt and fresh thyme and basil.
