February 13, 2021 Recipes Leave a comment Ground lamb with lima beans Ground lamb with lima beans Ingredients: 1 tsp Herbs De Provence 1/2 tsp Redmond real salt 6oz ground lamb 55g cauliflower, riced 35g lima beans 10g spinach 10g kale 20g carrots, chopped or shredded 10g leeks, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbl coconut oil and ghee mixture Pinch gray celtic salt Thai Basil Thyme Directions Brown lamb in skillet Add chopped leeks and saute 3 mins Add garlic saute 2-3 more mins Add remaining ingredients and cook about 10 mins, until veggies become a little tender Add in 1tbsp of coconut oil and ghee Mix well Transfer to dish and top with gray celtic salt and fresh thyme and basil.
