Ground lamb liver and butternut squash


  • 100g ground lamb
  • 100g lamb liver (ground or chopped)
  • 150g cooked butternut squash
  • 10g spinach
  • 10g onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Arugula
  • Thai basil
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil and ghee


  • Brown ground lamb and liver
  • In a separate skillet add coconut oil/ghee and onion Saute 2-3 mins
  • Add garlic and saute another 2-3 means
  • Turn off heat
  • Add rosemary, thyme and pinch of salt when lamb is browned
  • Add spinach, butternut squash, thai basil, arugula and 1/4 tsp salt Mix well
  • Add ghee/garlic/onion mixture and combine Garnish with chopped parsley and gray celtic salt.
