Ground beef sweet potato hash


  • 8oz ground beef
  • 3oz chopped sweet potato
  • 120g chopped asparagus
  • 30g spinach
  • 1/2tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp Redmond real salt
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4c chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs of choice (I prefer a combination of rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano)
  • Olive oil
  • Gray celtic salt


  • Lightly spray or drizzle chopped sweet potato and asparagus with olive oil and season with salt Air fry at 350° for 15 minutes, shaking basket as needed
  • Brown ground beef in skillet
  • Remove beef, but leave fat in pan
  • Add chopped onion to pan and saute 2-3 minutes
  • Add minced garlic and saute another 2-3 minutes
  • Add almost all the chopped herbs (save some for garnish) to the pan
  • Add ground beef back into pan and mix Add onion powder, garlic powder, rubbed sage and salt and mix well
  • Add spinach and mix until wilted
  • When asparagus and sweet potato are tender, add to beef mixture and combine
  • Transfer to bowl and garnish with gray celtic salt and remaining chopped fresh herbs
