1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs of choice (I prefer a combination of rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano)

Directions:
Lightly spray or drizzle chopped sweet potato and asparagus with olive oil and season with salt Air fry at 350° for 15 minutes, shaking basket as needed
Brown ground beef in skillet
Remove beef, but leave fat in pan
Add chopped onion to pan and saute 2-3 minutes
Add minced garlic and saute another 2-3 minutes
Add almost all the chopped herbs (save some for garnish) to the pan
Add ground beef back into pan and mix Add onion powder, garlic powder, rubbed sage and salt and mix well
Add spinach and mix until wilted
When asparagus and sweet potato are tender, add to beef mixture and combine
Transfer to bowl and garnish with gray celtic salt and remaining chopped fresh herbs
