1tbsp fresh chopped herbs (I used thyme and rosemary)
Avocado oil
Celtic salt
Red salt
Redmond real salt
Directions:
Lightly coat asparagus with oil and season with Redmond real salt Set air fryer to 350° and cook asparagus about 15 minutes or until tender.
Lightly coat beef with oil and season with red salt Add to air fryer when asparagus has about 8 minutes left for a medium steak
Add ghee to small skillet Saute onion for 2-3 minutes Add garlic, saute another 2-3 minutes Turn off heat Add most of chopped herbs to pan (leave some for garnish)
When steak has reached desired temperature and asparagus is tender, add to plate Drizzle ghee, herb, onion mixture over steak and asparagus
Sprinkle steak with more red salt and asparagus with celtic salt
