February 11, 2021 Recipes Leave a comment Air fried mahi mahi over spaghetti squash Air fried Mahi Mahi over Spaghetti Squash Ingredients 4oz mahi mahi 150g cooked spaghetti squash 1tbl ghee 1 clove garlic, minced 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp onion powder Fresh rosemary Fresh thyme Salt of choice Oil of choice Directions Lightly drizzle Mahi Mahi with oil of choice Season with Redmond real salt Air fry at 370° for 10 minutes In a skillet add ghee and sauté garlic 2-3 minutes Turn off heat Add rosemary and thyme In a medium sauce pan, warm spaghetti squash Season with 1/8tsp Redmond real salt, onion powder, garlic powder Plate spaghetti squash Top with Mahi Mahi and drizzle with ghee mixture Garnish with red salt and fresh parsley Share on Facebook Share Share this post
