Air fried Mahi Mahi over Spaghetti Squash

 Ingredients

  • 4oz mahi mahi
  • 150g cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1tbl ghee
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt of choice
  • Oil of choice
 
Directions
  • Lightly drizzle Mahi Mahi with oil of choice
  • Season with Redmond real salt
  • Air fry at 370° for 10 minutes
  • In a skillet add ghee and sauté garlic 2-3 minutes
  • Turn off heat
  • Add rosemary and thyme
  • In a medium sauce pan, warm spaghetti squash
  • Season with 1/8tsp Redmond real salt, onion powder, garlic powder
  • Plate spaghetti squash
  • Top with Mahi Mahi and drizzle with ghee mixture
  • Garnish with red salt and fresh parsley
